Original Bill of Lading Surrender

For the convenience of the shipper, full set of original bill of lading could be surrendered at origin port with the following conditions

1. Full set of OB/L should be surrendered
2. All OB/L must be endorsed by the shipper
3. A written SURRENDER request must be submitted
4. Payment of SURRENDER FEE of USD20.00 per b/l (for U.S. bound cargo) and USD15.00 per b/l (all destinations other than U.S.) has been paid
5. Only STRAIGHT B/L is acceptable
